Coaching Business: How to Make Your Clients Extremely Happy

Sean R Mize

Aside from increasing the number of your sign up rate, your other ultimate goal when running an online business is to make sure that your clients are extremely happy. You would want these people to walk away convinced that doing business with you is one of the wisest things they've done. Why? It's because you would like to convert them to regular customers and you would want to create great reputation in the online arena. You would want to be known as the best coach who'll do everything to make his clients happy. This will definitely help in attracting more customers.

Here are the simple steps on how you can make your clients extremely happy:

Tailor-fit your programs to their specific needs and demands. Make these people feel that you're actually thinking about them and their needs when creating your programs by making them targeted and focused. Ensure that each information and assistance you'll provide on your programs will help these people in either realizing their goals or in improving the quality of their lives. Before you even design your programs, I would suggest that you interview at least some of your potential clients. Know the things that they're really looking forward to in a coaching program. The secret here is just giving these people exactly what they want even if that means going an extra mile.

Active listening. Your clients would surely appreciate it if you make them feel that their ideas and opinions are valued. Encourage them to voice out what they feel or to talk about their goals or problems in details. Listen carefully although you may already know where they're going. Make sure to take notes of those information that you think can help you make your programs more effective.

Be prepared. The last thing that you would like to happen is to disappoint your clients just because you're too lazy to prepare for your sessions. Show these people some commitment by making sure that everything's well-planned before the big day. You must have hand-outs and you must be able to get all the materials ready. In addition, you must have already anticipated all the questions that might be thrown at you and that you have prepared the right answers.

Address complaints in a timely manner. Just like in any other relationship, your clients might find something that they do not like with you or with your program. It's okay as that really happens. But that doesn't mean you'll allow this to ruin your relationship. What you can do is validate their complaints and address them in a timely manner. These people will surely appreciate it if you show your commitment in making necessary adjustments in order to please them.

Thrown in add-ons. This is yet another way to show your clients that you value their business. Offer them something that's not included in the package that they've signed up for. Perhaps, you can offer them with additional sessions or free tools. Believe me, this is something that will leave a scar on the minds of your clients.
