You can use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit card or PayPal account to pay the full amount or to pay each of the installments for your IMGCA Certification classes. IMGCA will also accept a personal or business check for certification training. Once we receive your check, our bank must clear it. This can take from a few days to a few weeks or longer. If it is an international check, it could actually take months. Once the check clears, we will notify you, and at that time, you would receive access to certification training. To prevent fraud, refunds are not allowed by means other than the same credit card or PayPal account used to make the original charge.

Certification payments may be made in installments. Either the full payment or the first installment must be paid before your first class session. If you choose installment payments, the sequential installment payments must be made in ratio to your classes as your program progresses. If you pay in installments, your total certification tuition must be paid prior to your final class. Your certification program fee grants you continued access to not only live classes, but the vast archives of audio, video and written content, and these benefits. Installment payments total the same amount as one lump payment. There is no interest or extra fees when paying by installment. Note About Installment Payments And Access To Live Classes

When paying in full for any level, you are granted immediate, full access to all areas of the IMGCA private backroom area. You are also granted immediate access to the full number of live 1-1 classes in each certification level, with Bill Cole, IMGCA President. When making installment payments, you also are granted immediate, full access to all areas of the IMGCA private backroom area. Your continued access to the Private Backroom and to live 1-1 classes with Bill Cole, IMGCA President is contingent upon making regular installment payments, detailed below.

Live Group Class Arrangements For Groups, Associations Or Organizations

When teams, groups, associations or organizations sign up for IMGCA certification, live classes with IMGCA Founder and President Bill Cole will be in a group format, rather than one on one. Depending upon the type of certification signed up for, each student will receive the number of live classes indicated within that particular certification. Once a group class has been held and completed there will be no make-up classes for lack of attendance, for any reason.

Level I

Your first Level I installment payment immediately admits you to the IMGCA Private Backroom area for three months. Your second Level I installment payment grants access to your first live 1-1 class with Bill Cole and access to the IMGCA Private Backroom area for three more months. Your third Level I installment payment grants you access to the IMGCA Private Backroom area for three more months. Your fourth and final Level I installment payment grants you access to the IMGCA Private Backroom area for three more months and your second and final live 1-1 class with Bill Cole.

Level II

Your first Level II installment payment immediately admits you to the IMGCA Private Backroom area for six months. To gain access to live 1-1 classes with Bill Cole, make installment payment #1 for class #1, the second installment payment for class #2, the third installment payment for class #3, and the fourth installment payment for classes #4 and #5. Your second installment payment grants you access to the IMGCA Private Backroom area for an additional 12 months.

Level III

Your first Level III installment payment immediately admits you to the IMGCA Private Backroom area for one year and also grants you access to classes #1 through 3. The second installment payment grants you access to classes #4 through 7. The third installment payment grants you access to classes #8 through 11. The fourth and final installment payment grants you access to classes #12 through 15 and access to the IMGCA Private Backroom area for an additional 12 months.

Level IV

Your first Level IV installment payment immediately admits you to the IMGCA Private Backroom area for three years and also grants you access to classes #1 through 10. The second installment payment grants you access to classes #11 through 20. The third installment payment grants you access to classes #21 through 30. When you make the final installment payment you are granted access to classes #31 through 40.

IMGCA Certified Golf Psychology Coach

Your first Golf Psychology installment payment immediately admits you to the IMGCA Private Backroom area for three months. Your second installment payment grants access to your first live 1-1 class with Bill Cole, and an additional three months access to the IMGCA Private Backroom. Your third installment payment grants access to an additional three months access to the IMGCA Private Backroom. Your fourth and final installment payment grants access to your second and final live 1-1 class with Bill Cole, plus an additional three months access to the IMGCA Private Backroom.

IMGCA Certified Tennis Psychology Coach

Your first Tennis Psychology installment payment immediately admits you to the IMGCA Private Backroom area for three months. Your second installment payment grants access to your first live 1-1 class with Bill Cole, and an additional three months access to the IMGCA Private Backroom. Your third installment payment grants access to an additional three months access to the IMGCA Private Backroom. Your fourth and final installment payment grants access to your second and final live 1-1 class with Bill Cole, plus an additional three months access to the IMGCA Private Backroom.
